Exam session

Exchange students must present their exams at the official exam dates, in the same manner as local students, and be available during the entire session. A written exam cannot be replaced by an oral exam, remotely, etc. It is therefore forbidden to individually organise one’s exams with the professors.

The exam schedule will be published on the HEC Lausanne website around 5 weeks before the exam session.

We recommend being in the exam room 15 minutes before the beginning of the exam for the instructions.

Exchange students are allowed to bring a language dictionary but in paper format, not electronic (without any annotations) to their exams.
