The time schedule notification for the Autumn semester is mid-December and for the Spring semester is mid-May.
Exchange students must present their exams at the official exam dates, in the same manner as local students, and be available during the entire session. A written exam cannot be replaced by an oral exam, etc. It is therefore forbidden to individually organise one’s exams with the professors.
The exam schedule will be published on the HEC Lausanne website around 5 weeks before the exam session.
We recommend being in the exam room 15 minutes before the beginning of the exam for the instructions.
Exchange students are allowed to bring a language dictionary but in paper format, not electronic (without any annotations) to their exams.

Directive pour la consultation des épreuves d'examens (PDF)
Each student has to come to consult the exams himself. If the student can delegate someone to look for him, this person has to come with a procuration signed by the student allowing him to see the exams in his name, as well as with a copy of the identity card.
The person who will come has also to present his identity card.
A failed exam during the winter or summer session can be re-taken a second and last time during the next catch-up session only (autumn session) on the dates set by the School. No application for a special or off-site exam will be considered.
The registration deadline is always by midnight on the last day of the 30th week of the calendar year (mid-July) and lasts 2 weeks. The registration process is the same as for other sessions.
Please consult the website or the billboards for more information.
